Booking and Check-in
Advance booking is recommended to secure your stay. Check-in time is subject to availability, and valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where information provided is found to be inaccurate.
Payment and Cancellation
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the room type and season; please inquire at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment of the Bhavan. The management reserves the right to evict any guest engaging in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
Amenities and Liability
Amenities such as parking are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are liable for any damage caused to Bhavan property.
